SAVING THE ENVIROMENT!  With all the commotion about global warming over the past few years, many people have made significant changes in their life style.  In hopes to save the world we live in by using energy efficient light bulbs, recycling more, and even just unplugging appliances when there not in use.  If you have done all of this and want to do more, or if you would like to start doing things to help out environment then the Environmental club is for you.

            The hopes of the Environmental club is to make Park a more environmentally sustainable place, and to make students and teachers more educated about the environment and it’s problems. Activities the club may participate in are campus clean up, hiking, canoeing, and community service.  The club meets once or twice a week, and occasionally on the weekends for out of school trips.

            Mr. Loy is in charge of the Environmental club, and claims himself an environmentalist. He recommends students to become involved and educated with our environmental situations.  The Environmental club will start to meet next week and anyone is welcome.
